Quick question why do we need to have that in the bottom corner that only the person whose it is and you guys see? Is it to make sure we don't have multiple accounts on here to get referral points?

I believe it's just a quick reference for administrators and staff members, especially if there is a spammer or bot that we need to ban. It's just part of the forum system we're using and there by default. It has nothing to do with referrals, although that's how we would check to see if you're making double accounts.
