Hello, my name is Stuart Palm, I am a performer living in Hong Kong ("Jo Sun" means good morning in Cantonese). I am originally from the Tampa Bay Area of Florida and lived for nine years in New York City before moving to Asia.
I perform a mentalism and hypnosis show for events internationally. Aside from performing I work as an illustrator and also teach magic at a learning center and occasionally do voice acting for Japanese cartoons. I am one of the illustrators involved with the Legends Playing Card Comapany, which is run by a good friend of mine. The deck I designed for myself, the "Gnostic Deck" will be out in a couple of months. As the process has progressed I have posted little teasers about the design, and recently I was contacted by a member of this forum to inform me that a discussion was happening about my cards. So I'm happy to learn of this forum and see what is going on in the world of those who love playing cards. I'm working on a few new projects with LPPC and I'll let you know once more is developed on those. In the long run I plan to eventually create a Tarot deck. These projects take a long time as I do all my drawing by hand and then scan it into a computer to curate before production. Thanks for your interests in my work. I look forward to learning about other card projects.
