I know some of you are fans of art decks and the art that became popular in the late 60's grew in the 70's and went wild in the 80's. So I thought I'd make a post about these. Frank Frazetta is one of my all time favorite artists. I'm pretty excited about this deck myself. It's a Dark Horse deck, so it's not going to be anywhere near bicycle quality. While not the best suited for poker or cardistry, I enjoy using the couple Dark horse decks I have to play solitaire with now and again. I like them. This deck will be available next month on February 11. Retail price is going to be a very pleasant $4.99.

The Conversation Parlor / New Page layout at CARC

Conjuring Arts has a new page layout with a schnazzy new navigation bar. Looks pretty good in my opinion. It's much easier for me to navigate now. Not that the other layout was difficult, just a bit fiddly with the mouse or finger. Check it out, see what you think. I really like it myself.

Hi, I'm Fes. I'm not usually into joining forums but a friend of mine recommended I do. Apparently I spend a lot of time talking about playing cards and she's tired of listening. So yea, I thought I'd give this a try. Participate in the conversation with people who actually enjoy cards too, if you'll have me.
A little bit about me. I'm a pretty normal guy. I like to paint, red, watch films, eat good food. I really appreciate good design, from cars to playing cards. Basic list of big boy toys. I'm a lover of Ferrari. I like Poker a lot, but not online. Not too keen on plastic cards, not that there is anything wrong with them they're just not for me. I tend to go through a lot of decks, at the end of the night the deck usually leaves with someone. I don't call myself a card collector, it may be that I am. I do know I like playing cards, and I like using them.
