My point about red artifice v2 is that I can]t imagine how ugly it would be with white boarder, not that it`s hard to get.

I do like the V1 better but I just ordered a few V2's in my big order.

Having a border on playing cards allows magicians to use reversed cards in the deck and they are not easily spotted. If you use a deck where there are no borders, then the reversed card is easily distinguishable compared to the rest of the cards in the deck. Given that most of Ellusionists customer base is magicians, it makes sense for them to sell a deck that provides the option for many more card magic effects by having a border on the cards.Hope that answers your question
