So i am practicing different moves with pressure, pressure fans, lepauls, etc etc. And my hand cramps in my knuckles, has anyone else had this problem?

I just started pressure fans, and it destroys my thumb for some reason.

drink more water maybe. cramping isnt good.

otherwise your hands just need to get used to the pressure you are putting on them.
have you heard the word???

yuh u're applying too much pressure to ur cards. the pressure shud be applied in a lateral rather than a down and up force as much.

P.S definitely stop if u're cramping - carpel tunnel's syndrome is no joke at all. it would personally ruin my career if i got it
