Does anybody know any finger exercises/warm ups for flourishing?

Dan and Dave has a few on the Trilogy I think. One was making a fist as tight as you can and then extending your fingers quickly.

You could check out the Pro-Hand Exercisers on Dan and Dave. There not exactly finger exercises, but they are tools you can use to strengthen your hand and fingers, build dexterity, and increase cordination.
