Fifteen bucks a pack. Probably a bargain if you love the artist.
This deck isn't really one of the types people around here flock towards, but it is a playing card project on Kickstarter, four suits and thirteen ranks, so here it is.
I left a message with the artist inquiring about the back design and the printer. I'll give you an answer when he gives me one.
EDIT: Looks like he keeps my hours. Quality Playing Cards out of Orlando, Florida is the printer - this was the first company that the Modern Hanafuda deck project went to and eventually gave up on due to print quality issues. The deck back will be the same image currently being shown on the Queen of Clubs, called (familiarly enough) "Vortex". I should point out that the proof below is not the final artwork, which may change. The artist further mentioned that he's been working for three decades on the various works that appear in his deck.
