I have an accumulation of decks of cards, a little bit of everything that I would like to start selling and have no idea of the value. Would ebay be the best spot or is there a possibility of selling them on 52 Plus.

Ebay is probably your best bet.  Not sure how many eyes would see your decks if you posted them here - though I might be interested in a couple of the decks you just posted.

As for value, a lot depends on how quickly you want to sell them.  You can do an auction and hope that a couple of interested folks show up and bid up the price, or you can do a buy it now and be prepared to wait.  I just sold a Kalamazoo Aristocrat deck on eBay that I was posted for at least 6 months.

You can always check the sold listings on ebay to get an idea of what your decks might be worth, too.
Check out my decks for sale on eBay, and contact me directly for discounts. https://www.ebay.com/sch/clahobo/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=

Have been trying ebay and you are right it is slow. Also a lot of decks I have I can't identify properly. Here is one I have no idea what is inside the wrapper.

John, I'd be interested in talking to you about them. I'd want to see more of the decks, specifically the jokers.
Here's some info on the old decks that I have that I was organizing.

My contribution, such as it is, has been a focus on an organizational system for jokers. It's useful for people like myself who will never be able to remember the country or publisher of each joker. Instead, we need an easy-to-follow visual system... check it out!

John, since that first post I have sold off most of my decks on ebay and elsewhere. I still have about 20 decks that I may or may not keep. Doubt there are any jokers in the lot that you would find interesting. I can send you pics of what is left if you want.

I've gotten very interested in the early wide Congress 606 decks that have jokers that match the back of the cards.
They seem to have been published from 1898 to 1906.
If any you have any of them to sell (or trade), I'd love to hear from you.

Here's some info on where I am in collecting them:

Here's some decks that I have to trade:
