As a carbon fiber fiend (whore, even?) I was excited to see this in my email. Pricey, but compared to the other premium clips on the market (and knowing the cost of the materials and production) it's not bad. Sure is pretty adn only 50 made.  :D

Boom!  Epic Jackson!    I gotta say, the $99 price tag is so much lower than the rumors I heard

I swear to god the twins were working on something exactly like this. They got a prototype in a couple of months ago according to Dan.
Wonder if they are in cahoots with the Conjuring Arts with this project...

Sweet clip though.

Yes, I saw that on one of their coffee chat things. But the product page says pretty specifically "This new stylish gem is the result of a three way collaboration with Lawrence Sullivan, David Blaine and the Expert Playing Card Company" so it would seem that CARC beat the twins to the punch there.

You guys do know that the Bucks are on the Board of Directors of CARC, right?  I'd be shocked if there wasn't some collaboration going on.  David Blaine's there as well.

I'm in contact with their employee Elliott and he said this; "We're working on getting the exact same shape and profile." He also kinda confirms through this and another statement that they are working on an independent project.

If you put your CF KS cards in this CF clip, you'd be pretty close to being bulletproof! :-)

I like CF a lot, but I don't like card clips. Hey Paul, how about a laser cut CF tuck for Aurum v.2? :-)

Haha, a carbon fiber tuck box would be, lets just say, a pretty elaborate thing to construct. LOL.

It would be pretty cool to have the carbon fiber and carbon fiber cards in a collection.  It would be a nice piece to show off in a collection.

I'll take my Ellusionist large sized Porper Clip every time.

Just to set the record straight. Our Solid Carbon Fiber clip is nothing like the one Fantasma is selling. Theirs is a metal Porper ripoff covered with a plastic sticker that resembles carbon fiber.
Our clip has no metal at all in it, it's just pure CF formed into a clip and polished.

I will second Mr. Kalush. This clip is awesome. 100% carbon fiber, very very light and flexible. It hasn't torn up any of my decks, nor did I have to pull my arm out of it's socket to bend into shape. Great work CARC.

Yea, You can tell they're NOT the same quality. Thanks for setting the record straight.

I think the CARC clip is almost too pretty to use. It's a very nice piece, light and just the right amount of flexy. And so very pretty...

There was no mistaking that from the first time I saw it.  It LOOKS different than any of the other Porper clips with an applied surface, be it leather, carbon fiber, wood, cork, etc.  I always thought the cork was a funny surface for a deck clip - so, will it keep my cards from sinking?  Can I tack notes to it so I don't forget things?  :))

Welcome to the Discourse!  You should make an "Introduce Yourself" topic and let the rest of the gang get to know you a little bit better.  We know (well, I know, at the least!) that you runs the CARC, but there's more to you than just that.
