So it seems dealing deuces is at it again with printing arrco tahoes. I'm trying to get some info on stock and finish for you guys so stay tunes. In the mean time what do you guys think of these new decks?

It's hard to say how they look since everything is simulated, but I'm guessing they are going to be the same as the black and white versions. They seem to have gone to a lot of trouble with the whole metallic foil wrapping and what not. I think the price is fair.

I'm wondering about this though, the gold foil wrapped product. Is that the white and black arrco deck from last year and the blue and red deck being released next month? Probably a dumb question, but just making sure!

@Linguist_, I guess the B&W Tahoes are those released in last year because they're limited according to Dealingdecues' ad. If they reprinted the B&W Tahoes, then "limited" would sound like garbage nowadays (although it already is).

I will buy a brick or 2 of the Red&Blue Tahoes, they look so charming to me.

Im kinda curious about the Arrco Tahoe Limited Edition Gold Deck as well. You get a free 1 year membership as well as 10% discount on future purchases as well as VIP benefits and promotions. Doesnt sound too shabby to me.

I am very excited for these as I don't own any of the 1st edition. However I do have to say that the box don't look to great IMO.

Wouldn't mind getting these but I ain't paying $30 for shipping 2 decks to Canada!!! Tried to get a friend in the US to order these for me and they wanted $78 for shipping!! Shipping on this site is freakin' outrageous.

We usually keep the coupon codes in the topic pinned to the top of the Plethora about coupon codes... If you don't see it there, we likely don't know anything about it. A quick Google search failed to produce any hits, so I'm thinking that coupon code is for the VIP memberships they're selling.

Gold Deck? Where? All I saw was Gold-WRAPPED decks.

"VIP benefits and promotions" means nothing if they offer no description of what they are, or will be. You can get a 10% discount from many web-based card dealers just by using coupon codes or buy ordering via email instead of eBay.

Just playing devil's advocate here.

@ Don - The gold wrapped deck was what I was referring too. Nothing wrong with playing devils advocate. Its always good to have someone with a different point of view or perspective on things. Makes you take a step back and re-evaluate things. Then you can make your own decision : )

I went ahead and ordered 2 sets and also 1 set of the gold wrapped decks. Looking forward to checking these sets out once they arrive.

Well i've decided to place an order but $30 shipping to Canada is still ridiculous and won't be happening again anytime soon. I can understand their reasons for the high shipping, but at the same time no other card shop or magic shop FORCES you to pay so much for shipping without any other options and none of them complain about their customers like these guys do. For the record there are many customers out there who simply can't afford shipping rates like that and who don't mind waiting a few extra days for customs. Packages that I get usually take up to 2 weeks to arrive and that is ok with me. I've never even had any major troubles with packages coming from the US either. Anyway, i'll pay the $30 this once but it likely won't happen again. Unfortunately I have to mail a check so I will end up having to wait even longer for the package to arrive anyway.

I know a lot of you pre-ordered Arrco Tahoes from us so I just want to let you know that everything is on schedule with the USPC and they expect to ship the cards out to us next week sometime. As soon as we get them all pre-orders will be sent out first, and then we will have a launch on 4/30/2012 for the remainder of what is left.. I guess it does not matter. The Aether discount expired on Dealing Deuces. Perhaps it works elsewhere, and yes to the other gentleman who asked if these are the same on dealing deuces as DandD. I ordered the gold set and they declined my Aether discount.

You need to consider that they bought them n paid money to ship them plus they need to make some profit right? They are overall still a business.

They surely bought them in big quantities, so they are making more than a little bit of money. I was expecting a higher price from them though.

When dealing deuces did the presales for the Tahoes they sold 3 versions, the standard set for 14.95, then a gold foiled version which is selling now for 69.99, and then there was the silver foiled ones that sold onD&D, which almost sold out at the Presale at dealing deuces and sold out quickly after which sold for 24.99, exactly the same price Dan and Dave are charging, so there is actually no upcharge at all and this is a second chance to get them at the original price.
