Title: Brick Boxes
Post by: dmbaggs on November 01, 2011, 06:01:53 PM
Just out of curiosity which decks come with custom brick boxes? I have a brick of the V6 so I know those ones do, but I'm not sure which others do.

Oh wow!

Thats kind of surprising to me... I thought the brick design for the v6s was amazing! it really added to the deck (well not the deck, but the quantity... if you know what I mean haha). I would really like to see more companies making custom brick boxes in the future! That would be really neat and would add a lot to the design of the deck (or 12 haha).

Thanks for the help!

And although it would cost more to make, people would buy more!

Well, Bicycle has a custom brick design at the very least.  It's pretty cool, actually.

The Bike one I've got is different.  It was supposed to be mixed red/blue but there was only blue inside.

Oh those pictures are great!! I really like the bee box!

I was thinking about the idea of custom brick boxes for decks. It would obviously cost the card companies more to make those for their decks, but I'm a big fan of them. If a store (Theory 11, Aether Cards, Dan & Dave, etc.) were to offer custom brick boxes similar to the one the S&M V6s came in for a little more would you be inclined to that brick with a custom box over a brick with a plain white box? examples

A CUSTOM BRICK BOX LIKE THIS

OR

A PLAIN WHITE BRICK BOX

I'm not saying that companies should do this. It was just an idea I had, since I appreciated the S&M V6 box so much, and I was just wondering what others thought of this? Let me know!

Thanks everybody and sorry about the long post

I was in a store, and they had these...

Technically they contain 13 decks, so it isn't a brick box, but then again how do they package 13 decks in a box without any shifting?

EDIT:
I just realized they could package the cards on their sides.

"Dealer's Dozen" nice.

it comes with 13 decks, like a baker's dozen.  clever Bicycle!
