I'm looking for someone in the US, with the following add-ons, to receive from decks for me and ship them to me in Canada.
1) Able to grab those new Walmart exclusive decks.
2) Planning to order from bmpokerworld/ace-king from eBay or their site.
3) Receive a few other decks for me from other retailers.

Please PM me if you're willing to help me out. Thank you!!

The Conversation Parlor / Anime/Manga
« on: March 04, 2012, 03:59:08 AM »
Some of us were talking about anime in another thread, so I decided to open up a new topic about it.

I'm watching Bleach, Naruto, Fairy Tail for the long ones. I also watch new 12-ep (normally) short ones that come out every season. Though cause I don't like to wait a whole week for a new episode, I watch those from the previous season.

How about you?

What do you guys watch?
 Why did you start watching?

Feedback + Support / Replies Notification
« on: February 23, 2012, 07:23:06 PM »
There's the "New Replies" at the top toolbar which notifies you of any replies to your post in a particular thread. But I've noticed that the time isn't right. Unlike the "Fame Notification" and "New Messages", the "New Replies" only reads "about an hour ago" for the shortest time, whereas the others are precised in minutes within the first hour.

Nothing big, just a small tweak.  :P

Playing Card Plethora / Bicycle Standard New Box Design (WALMART BIKES)
« on: February 14, 2012, 03:17:29 AM »
Some of you may know that there was a new box design for the standard rider backs, though they're not as common as the standard boxes from KY.

So I was searching on eBay and came across these:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-Box-Design-Bicycle-Playing-Cards-USPCC-Blue-Red-Sealed-Set-/150755343735?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2319b7fd77

http://www.ebay.com/itm/12-DECKS-BICYCLE-STANDARD-PLAYING-CARDS-/300661694823?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4600d56167

One of them has the front of the standard box as the back, the other has the back of the standard box as the back. Anyone have insights into the differences?

On a side note, since when did the colour jokers appear in the decks? Do these new box designs also have those colour jokers?

The Conversation Parlor / Burn Card
« on: February 06, 2012, 03:06:55 AM »
Maybe some of you have already heard of this, it's a new company called Burn Card, established last year that sells playing card-themed T-shirts. Each of their T-shirts are packed within a distinctively designed jumbo-sized playing card tuckbox. They're based in the UK, but ships worldwide. Prices are reasonable, and on-sale items are actually quite cheap I'd say!

Here's their site, take a look!

(I'm not sure if this belongs to this board, but it is playing card themed... ::) Apologies if this should be posted on other boards.)

A Cellar of Fine Vintages / Vintage Collection
« on: February 04, 2012, 04:58:56 PM »
It seemed like many of us here are somewhat into collecting vintage decks, so I decided to open up a thread to allow some to show off their vintage collection!

I'll start off with one of mine, some of you may have seen this in other forums, but I'll post again for others anyway.

Enjoy!  8)

Playing Card Plethora / D&D Smoke & Mirror Card Thickness
« on: January 25, 2012, 08:31:19 PM »
So I took out my brick of V3, V4, V5 and V6, stacked them up together, and realized they're at distinct heights!

The V3 Smoke (White) is the highest, then V3 Mirror (Black), followed by V5, V4 and lastly V6.
The V6 stack is a whole deck lower than the V3 Smoke; the V5 is half a deck lower than the V3 Mirror

Does anyone know if there're extra cards in the V3 decks? Or maybe different stocks between these variations?
