I like the back design. looks like something I would use to play. But I'm not a big fan of the indices. They are indeed a little to far away from the border. Would you also consider just a normal standard sized index?

Thank you, I was already confused when I read that they both print in Taiwan. Also some decks, like the CARC classic twins or the Zen decks are listed on both companies websites.

That might be a stupid question, but I always thought LPCC and EPCC are the same? Whats the difference between those two?

29
If they are significantly cheaper than the previous LUXX releases, I will really stock up on those decks. might be my next favorite borderless deck after the LUXX palme decks and the ellusionist republic 2

list updated. added a few Ohio printed decks, tally hos, wynns...

I like the the fact that you are putting out high quality borderless custom decks! I waited long for those and the designs are among my favorites together with he palme decks. can't wait to have them in my hands.

Thank you  Don,
I guess I have to handle the new ones and try them myself. Anyone has a source which sells for sure freshly printed tally ho decks? I want to buy them as fresh as it gets ;) preferably europe is fine, but as long as they are made within the last year or so, I'm also willing to buy them overseas.
thanks

Sorry I should have been more  specific. I meant if there is any difference between a new bicycle rider back from the shelf and a new standard tally ho deck? I the finishes and stock should be the same now?

Thank you guys. But does that mean that a new tally ho deck is completely identical in stock and finish to a new bicycle deck? :-\

Playing Card Plethora / Tally Ho - Unreached Quality!?
« on: October 28, 2015, 03:50:34 PM »
Hi guys, I have a question I couldn't solve the last years.
For me the best decks I have handled were the old Ohio made Tally ho cards. I also tried the new ones, after they switched the faculty to Erlanger, but the quality was horrible. The stock was soft, had no crimp recovery and they were useless after short usage. I still have used Ohio decks that fan better than some new Erlanger decks. I know that they have overcome their first quality control issues, but I still can't believe that the new tally ho decks are exactly as good or better than the old ones? I didn't had a chance to get a recent tally ho deck - has somebody maybe a source where I can buy for sure a recently made tally ho deck? And I really hope that they changed the stock, because the ones I handled from Erlanger were awful. can anybody with more knowledge give me some info on the tally ho quality development and maybe some feedback on the recent ones?
thank you guys

Thank you Don for your tips. And sorry it was never my intention to highjack a thread. I just wanted to mention it since this is not a sales thread.

How much are they worth then, if they are opened? I'm selling a V2 and a V3 ;)

Thank you Hankman.
Sent you a PM :)

Hi guys I'm selling one opened Dan and Dave S&M V2 Smoke deck and one opened Dan and Dave S&M V3 Mirror deck. The boxes are not in flawless anymore but both decks are in perfect condition and were never handled or shuffled. I bought them in the beginning of my magic career and opened them to have a look at them, but never used them.

I sell them both together for 60$ including worldwide shipping and tracking from Germany.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask me.

Hi guys, I'm thinning out my collection, because I need money for new cards. I'm seeing some sealed decks I already have or no longer collect.

The shipping is very reasonable with DHL.
I'm shipping from Germany, so I can also offer cheaper shipping for bigger lots within Europe. If you are interested in more decks, pm me and I will get a shipping quote.

If you decide to take all decks, I offer you upto 20% discount on the decks.

If you are also interested in some opened rare decks, this is what I have:

The special edition was the v2 version. how do they handle? I mean if they are open you could easily verify if they are real or not

probably, it seems ellusionist kind of identifies itself with him. It could be easily his company, brad christian moved into the background somehow.

47
All ended well in the end. the package was stuck for two months somewhere on the way  :-\

2. I don't EFFECTIVELY access the decks. It's that simple. Lol
Since my collection is still rather small, I am able to separate the practical decks from the ones I just want to save and look at. If you look at the pic you'll see what I mean.

But I like having to remove decks to get to others. It MAKES me rediscover and appreciate all of em. Feel me?

Impressive :) But I wouldn't call 996 decks a small collection :D

The idea with 3 jokers is great. A reveal in the broken piñata would be cool then.
