So maybe a series of alcohol themed cards that come in a wooden crate (think running moonshine) to go along with the Prohibition era? Regardless, interesting direction E is going.

Wasn't me, I also missed it by seconds. It was available when I initially clicked. By the time the little pledge thing popped up, it was "sold out".

Pretty much same thing happened to me. I spent too much time reading instead of scrolling to the end.

I'm still trying to figure out the fastest way to pull-up the page on a launch. 'Discover new launched' wasn't working at 7AM so I searched on UUSI and the page was there.

Maybe next time ... except there is no Uusi next time.

I had their "Projects  Created" pulled and kept refreshing it. But the SECOND the project went live, the router died. After I got it reset just like 5 minutes later, all the brick boxes had been taken. Once I quickly got mine in, I then saw the Friends and Family box and realized I was aggravated I didn't notice it, then saddened because I knew I wouldn't have been able to pledge for it anyhow

So while the kids were watching Despicable Me 2 for the 46th time this weekend, I decided to snoop the internet. I came across this deck, and while I'm not a fan of the back, the $8 price tag seemed reasonable. Printed by USPCC, no mention of finish though. Shipping for one deck is $5, shipping for two is $8.36, shipping for three is $9.22 and is the same for four decks. To my house in North Carolina anyhow.

I've been feeling sorry for myself all weekend as just a couple hours away I knew fun and adventure was taking place. And I highly doubt it will be so close next year! Regardless, I joined 52J just a little while ago. I'd been wanting to, and the cards were all I could handle. Hey, if I couldn't make the con, I could at least feel sorry for myself clutching a gorgeous deck, right? Right.

Gaaahhhhh I would have loved to have been there. I ended up getting sent out of town for training this week, and ended up in Wilmington, only 3 hours from Charleston. However, that was the middle of this week. Had it been today, I would have made a southern detour back home. Sad. Face.

I asked if there was any chance of picking up some of the originals. No response yet, but I'm hoping that he'll use Backerkit and make a few available through there. Uusi did that with their Urban Punk decks, and Lee McKenzie will be releasing some of the original Empire decks when his site goes live. So maybe Lotrek will pull some original decks from his sleeve?
