I'm in Japan.
Some decks are cheaper. (Only out of stock decks are cheaper)
I have a lot sites of Japan magic shop but they don't ship internationally, besides those shops is in Japanese.
Even the deck name is written in Japanese.

So, what decks do you want?
I might be able to buy and ship it to you. (might plus a bit)
But keep remind that the shipping with tracking numbers seems to be EMS only (not so sure about this, I'll check it tomorrow) which is extremely expensive.

I have both artifice deck- sealed-- 2 sets of them, might sell it, what is your offer?
And I have one blue crown but I won't sell it.

The artifice v1 in Japan is still cheap (less than $10, but I think in ebay still have good price of the blue v1 too.
