Hello everyone,

Too often I find myself speaking quickly and quite a bit.  I am trying to slow down what I do for a more meaningful and magical performance.

The below Hanging Coins rendition is a little different than my typical style, and I hope it is more engaging.

I'm working on really making what I don't say and do weigh as much as what I do speak and do.

Kind regards,

  • Pick a card, any card...no, not THAT card!

It's one of your better videos, to be sure.

Be more relaxed with the fingers.  There were points where I could tell you were cupping a coin because of how stiff your fingers were.  It's a tough, tough thing to do in coin magic, I know - it's one of the many reasons I haven't attempted coins much.  When a reasonably intelligent and worldly layman sees your hand looks relaxed and your fingers have a natural curl to them that's just a little more fluid, they don't suspect anything.  When they see zero finger movement, however, they immediately suspect you're holding.  A slight twitch of one of the middle fingers would be enough to allay suspicions.

Thanks Don!  I'll see about adding some more movement and fluidity.  Your feedback is always very appreciated!
