im just wondering if anyone knows how to make plastic coated playing cards smooth ????

I think he means 100% plastic cards not stick together. There is no way to fix that
People say nothing's impossible, but I do nothing everyday.

Today I found something that reminded me of you. But don't worry I flushed and everything went back to normal.

It's in the choice of the paper stock used to make them - textured or smooth.  You can't make a textured deck like Bicycles, Bees, etc. smooth after they've been made; they are what they were made from.
