Card flourishes

Does anyone know which deck is the best for card flourishing ?

When choosing a deck for cardistry, I'd like to go with a striking deck, something that is very eye-catching. A contrasting deck would work the best, a deck like the Vipers, the Ghosts, or something out of the ordinary. All in all, no matter what deck you pick, if you can perform the moves perfectly, you can make any deck look good.

That depends on your preference.
But the best in price and quality would go to Tally ho.

Tally Ho is the best standard-issue, non-specialty deck you'll find in my opinion.  They're also the only ones in that category that are traditionally cut for better shuffling and face-down faro shuffles.

I'd agree Standard Tally Ho's are great to handle and cheap enough that you won't worry about ruining the deck, all decks will wear out though.

aladdin 1001 smooth finish are great. you kind find them at a pretty good price on ebay if you are in the states.

The Aladdins are good, but the Tallys are cheaper and not everyone digs working with a smooth finish, though I have to say that of all the smooth decks I've seen, the Aladdins are awesome; most can't hold a candle to them.  The classically-styled card backs are a plus.  Tallys, though, come in TWO back designs, both classics from lord-knows-how-many years ago.

Alladins smooth finishes are not that good when youre just starting out. They tend to be too slippery and and a later date, fan not that well. ChooseTallys. Always Tallys. But if you're low on budget , bikes will be alright:D . Tallys are the best all around cards for cuts or fanning . No need to spend big bucks on custom decks.
