if he really get a penny per pack it would be a very good income for him compared to other loans in China.
he needs 4.5sec per pack so he gets 13 packs per minute and that would be 780 packs per hour...
780pack * 1penny ---> 7.8$
7.8$ per hour isnt too bad for china or what do you guys think :D

I have no idea what the cost of living is there or what good salaries are, but I'd say he's not getting as much as a penny a pack.

Actually, that's not really what you were saying... :)) The penny-a-pack quote was speculation on Rob's part, not a fact.
Just a quick glimpse at the cost of living in China.
A one-bedroom apartment, urban but outside of a city center, runs on average about 2,300¥. At the current exchange rate, that's about US$360. A single Chinese yuan exchanges for 16 American cents.
