Hey guys,

A long time back I picked up these Arcane printing plates ( they are from the white deck )

I finally decided to move forward and have them cut into individual cards, I think they look amazing!

Here are some pics I took!

What do you guys think??

Your pics look great and the plastic card protectors are a nice touch, wish I'd thought of those when doing the Tendril plate.

I originally did it to protect each one, but after handling them a bit.. the sleeves also protect your hands because the plates are very sharp

Every sleeve has the plate, and the card that it would print.
I'm really happy with the way they turned out.

Those printing plates look fantastic. Say, where did you get those? I never seen them for release, giveaway, or prize. I'm actually surprised they are thin enough to fit into the protectors. I have a stack of them at home, and the protectors are pretty thin.

Hey!

I picked them up off Jason Brumbalow when he was selling a bunch of his collection. The plates are very thin, and the sleeves have the plate AND the card!

The demand has been overwhelming, I think I've received 20-30 requests to buy since I posted them on my FB page.
It looks like I'll be selling some. I'll keep you posted.

If I do sell any, it'll be the same way that Paul Carpenter sold his Tendril plates.. all random. You won't be able to select your plate.

I got one today and its a very nice piece. I got a back design. Having more or less come up with the idea I knew what to expect but they did a couple really nice touches, the card protector and including the actual card. Overall, it's a great piece and definitely a great addition to any collection. Being extremely limited and unreproducible, I'd definitely go get one ASAP.

Sure wish they still sold the plates, I really wish I could have Aurum's.

Because of the randomness of the cards, I just can't justify the price. I don't want to pay $40 for a 2.
If the prices were set at different levels so you could guarantee a better choice I might consider it.
Maybe $25 2 - 4 $35 5 - 10 $50 for a back $60 J - A
That way you would still make the same (possibly more) and you wouldn't end up with unhappy customers.
I could see myself ordering 3 of these and getting 3 low number cards.

I received mine and I am very pleased with it. It's a number card, so it's a one of a kind! The only thing that I would have added may have been a COA, or something stating that it was #X of 93 in existence, or something like that. All in all, I am very pleased, would buy again (and just might!), and would recommend this purchase to anyone wanting something very cool and unique!

I'm happy you like it! You're right about it being one of a kind.,, all of the number plates and Face Card plates are one-of-a-kind.

Some people have asked why is there 93 plates? why not 112 (56 cards per master plate X 2 masters)?

The answer is quite simple.... UPS. When the master plates were shipped to me, UPS had put a hard bend in the plates.
14 could not be saved
4 went to friends ( 2 backs, 2 numbers (not face cards) )
1 for me ( 1 back )
leaving 93 for sale.

I hope this clears things up

You know, that never crossed my mind but is not a bad idea. I've been mulling over possibly releasing another Tendril plate...

Getting back to the arcane plates though, these really are a great collectible. So rare, they are in a whole other league and for the price I think they are an awesome item. Very happy to have one!
