Cool. Like the back which was used way back in early 20th century. Mint sealed always good!

Nice find! I've been scanning ebay lately for some low cost vintage decks to get my feet wet. Still reading through the H. encyclopedia and don't want to get in too deep before having a better understanding of what I'm doing. Plus, prices really seem all over the place.
Check out every Kickstarter Deck project - current & archived along with some great Deck designer/artist interviews:

When searching eBay, you're better off seeing what decks have recently sold for, rather than what people are asking for today.  Filter your search to show only sold items and you'll have a clearer picture of what something's been selling for recently.

I've heard of other places to get vintage decks at auction, but by and large, they're probably out of your budget!  We're talking about serious auction houses rather than online-only ones like eBay.

Two points - Judy & I have a pretty good handle on antique and older vintage American decks. We are always happy to advise on a purchase if you send an email or call. There are some pretty good vintage/antique decks in 52+J auction which ends Mar. 16. http://www.52plusjoker.org/dnn/Auction/tabid/76/Default.aspx.
we keep minimums low and sometimes bargains slip right through!

I can certainly attest to that - I got a nice early example of a plastic deck in last year's auction.  Ever since discovering Kem cards as a kid, I've had a fondness for high-quality plastic decks.
