I'm in the UK and it all sounds good but you're up against some very stiff competition from MagicNevin and cards4magic, both in price and service.  I'm in Northern Ireland and I'm getting next day or 2 day delivery from both of these retailers pretty consistently.  If you can get D&D decks in faster than cards4magic (usually 2 weeks after release at least) then that would be a big plus.

If you can do all that, it sounds like you might be filling a gap in the market for card collectors. C4M has a lot of stuff but they do miss things every now and then.  They really only stock the mass-market stuff (although they did have S&M decks, Fantastique, Fultons etc.).  They've certainly never had a variety box.

If the selection is as good as it sounds like it will be and the prices are right, you may even attract US buyers.

UK here too.

Every few months or so I'll drop £100 with Aceking or 1eyed Jack if you can rival their range and selection then i'll order from you instead.

I'll be after a Tungstene depending on price!!!

If you can meet the needs and have a good selection than I think this is a great thing. I'm from the US but if the price is right I'd also be tempted to check your shop out.

I haven't heard of many shops offering variety boxes before. Usually I'd have to turn to ebay if I wanted that.

Hope this goes well for you and I'll be sure to check out your shop when it goes live  :)

There's a lot of stuff that very had to get in the UK but it might be difficult for you to beat the price of just ordering from the US.  If you managed to get some of the more popular Kickstarter decks (actuators, revision, vortex) that would put you ahead of the curve.  Then there's all the stuff other companies over here won't stock again like Absolut, Steamboats, Jacq etc. maybe even vintage decks like Wynns.  Nobody in the UK is selling those at retail.
