These look very nice. What is up with the EU thing. Is their a site in the US selling them? Our dollar does not stand up well to the Euro :'(

Well hopefully if it is really limited, they limit the amount anyone can purchase do that people are buying bricks by the dozen for profits and so that everyone else can get their hands on them!Thank you for bringing that up. Why do not we see more of these companies limiting how many decks can be puchased. Regardless, some people will always be into this for the money and get decks just to sell on Ebay. I always like to get between 3-5, I will admit I may think of selling one if the prices go high or a friend wants to do a trade but I think most true collectors would be happy with a 5 or 7 deck limit. I am sure there is a reason for this not happening and some of it has to be on the profit side for the company. Ah, what the do I know, I am just a middle class white guy.
I just wish people stood up for principle more than looks, value or other things of that nature.Excellent point. I have had this debate with myself on several occasions. I recently picked up a couple of decks (Brown Wynns and SMv5) I was seeking for some time but now that I have them (actually I do not have them yet, transaction in progress) I am not going to focus so much on that deemed collectable. You are right, as we see decks are comming out all the time, one could argue to often at some times. There are enough (future collectables) to choose from. As others have stated if you do not get in on the next 2,500-3,000 release it is not the end of the world. I learned alot from the Red Artifice. When I could not get it I felt like I missed something big and had to get it on Ebay. I am glad I have my one deck which I will never open or sell but if I did not have it I do not think things would be that much different. It is easy to get caught up in the hype. Perhaps, from time to time, I will seek a collectable deck if it catches my eye but I would rather try to find the new releases which there are plenty of that catch my eye. :-X
I regret a lot of my purchases in playing cards, if only because they were made to resell something. Now I lack the money needed to purchase the modern releases. New cards come out every week, and I guarantee this release will not stand the test of time. Resellers are making quick cash, but after the real ones are released, you can only sell an open deck since it seems the boxes are identical. Everyone who bought one for these crazy prices right now will either enjoy the cards if they are a true collector, or fall flat on their face when they try to resell them.
Also, is it confirmed that it's black ink instead of gold ink? I'm pretty sure Bayme said the real ones will look almost identical and that the only difference is the lack of metallic ink. Gold will remain gold, and subtle metallic features are only visible up close (i.e. Artifice).
Will there be enough decks for everyone who may want the deck? That would be nice but I highly doubt it. It seems the usual move now is that they are bought out by people to resell them. Makes it hard for some of us to get the 3-5 decks we desire. Such is capitalism
From the pics I see this is gonna be a mean deck of cards
My family member had a battle with cancer. It sucked, but they made it through. I hope the people in your life have the same success mine did. I still stand by my statement. Cards will not help anyway. I also apologize for how that hit you. Certainly did not mean to bring anything painful up for you. Once again, best of luck to you and your family, I know how tough it can be. Also, thank you for all those who defended free speach. That is very important and I am glad it is brought up. Still, I have no issue apologizing if my statements brings angst to anyone. The bottom line is, if I was lost in the woods and freezing I would not even use the cards as fuel to light a fire. Even though it would be good to burn them. (Is that better?)
Yeah that clears it up. I should have researched it a little more before I said that. Thanks for letting me know!
Eggman, I know relatives and other people close to me who are fighting the battle with cancer right now and I don't find what you wrote very funny. I'm sure that you didn't mean it be rude, but that fight isn't something to joke about. thanks.
When I'm at my little sisters gymnastics practice...'nuff said.Hey Dude X- I would really like to know what it is your are holding in your picture.
