I suggest you try this:

Search for "Silver Monarchs playing cards" once a day and see what you get.

Also try this:

But for eBay, don't just leave it at that.  Check out the SELLERS, see who's selling what.  You'll notice there's a few sellers that sell a LOT of different collectible decks - often these are retailers that sell in the post-retail market as well as at retail.  Approach them and ask if they've heard anything - sometimes they can put out their feelers and help you find what you're looking for, as long as you're willing to pay for it.
