Look for the topics on this forum about the White Lions earlier editions. I know that the marking system was covered pretty extensively and I don't think it changed all that much from the earlier models.
Here's a hint, if all else fails - the White Lions, like a lot of marked decks, will fail the riffle test. Sort the deck out by suit, then restack them together in suit groups and give the deck a riffle. You'll notice while some areas of the card back will change a bit from card to card all the way through the riffle to show you where the values are marked, there will be an area of the card back that changes exactly three times while you're riffling - that's where you'll find the indicators for the suit. If it's where I think it is, it's in the upper left/bottom right corners of the back and not too hard to spot. That's how I discovered the markings on the Black Lions.
