I am thinking of a trade with a buddy of mine. He is offering a White Centurion, IAOCP Deck, and a Lance Miller Expo Uncut sheet which I hear only 3 people in the world own (including him) which is not a full uncut but I believe just 3 cards? Does anyone care to clarify the Expo Uncut for me?  Anyway, I am thinking of trading my S&M v.1 set...Opinions and numbers would be appreciated!

I have yet to receive my decks, I believe I pledged for 6 of them...Yet I did win the HOPC contest and chose a brick of Americanas, so I will be set with 16 Americanas! Cannot wait for my decks!  :-[

I got my 3 Gold Monarch's at the actual pre-release...One has been traded already, I got for that 4 Red Artifices, 1 set of S&M v.1's, Blue and Red Crown v.1, and $75...I don't see much of a market for the Gold Monarchs anymore. I mean, we now can tell the difference between a Gold Monarch and a regular Monarch, that being, you can tear the cellophane on the right side where it was sealed not like the regular ones...I see a Gold Monarch on eBay for $500 but that is never gonna sell, lol! I feel though as if I may regret letting go of both of my Gold Monarchs later on?...I don't know, as for money,I'm looking for a trade. Thank you for your replies though bro, the more the better!

I am trading the two Gold Monarchs and I am the one receiving the decks and uncut...I don't really see anyone buying a Gold Monarch for $300...I wish I knew someone though that would, lol  ::)

I am in the middle of trading (2) Gold Monarchs for the following:  S&M v.5 signed Uncut, (4) S&M v.4 (2 with seal, 2 w/o seal) (2) Sets of Seasons Playing Cards, Gold Arcane, Blue Crown Uncut v.1...What do you guys think? I also have someone wanting to buy a Gold Monarch from me for $175...Yet if I make this deal I cannot make the previous trade to get all those goodies! lol  :-\

This actually fell through seeing that the person who was going to originally receive the Uncut Sheet did not so the trade is no more. But I do appreciate everyone's thoughts and advice! I think I am glad this fell through anyhow now.

Hey guys..I am being offered a Magic Con Uncut Sheet for my S&M v.1 set...What do you guys think of the offer? Do you think it is wise? Also, if I did not want the Magic Con Uncut he would offer me (2) Gold Arcanes and (2) Red Artifice. I have been wanting a Gold Arcane for quite some time and the two Red Artifice would add to my already 4 of them and make a half brick...Any opinions or advice is well appreciated! Thank you guys! :)

I haven't heard of these but I happen to like the style. Only thing I would be worried about is, for example. The D&D Carbon Clip does not keep the deck compressed really compared to a regular Porper Clip. Still though, I would like to have one of these. ;)

I ordered a brick of them during the pre-sale a few days ago and I got this in response to the differences of the pre-sale and resale.

The only difference is that with the preorder you get a free wristband. Besides that, there is no difference.

You might want to direct that question to one of the auction houses that deal in magic-related artifacts.  They could give you a more solid idea of the value.


They're quite beautiful, by the way.  I hope you're only planning to value them for your homeowner's/apartment renter's insurance...  It would be a shame to sell them.

No worries, I am not selling them. I was just interested in potential value.

These were released I believe in June, 2004. 100 sets of 5 lithographs. I purchased my set alooong time ago and have set 41/100. I am wondering if anyone here also owns these. I have pictures of them in my Card Collection album on Facebook.

Thanks for the response Sabacc, I understand what you are saying and mostly agree...To me though, If I am shelling out a but over $300 in decks, I would be more inclined to just buy one on ebay and save $100 in a trade. Although fund are tight hence a trade in the first place, lol. I will keep you guys updated as to what progresses. Thanks again Sabacc!

Hey guys, I am talking to a friend about a trade. It is my D&D Variety Box v.3, 6 White Blades, 6 Midnight Blades for his DB Variety Box. I really want the variety box but I cannot help but feel this deal is not too good for me. As I see it the DB Variety Box is say $200 or a little more. My D&D VB v.3 I price at $150, 6 Midnights at $90, 6 White Blades at $90 tallying up to $380. What do you guys think about this trade?
