Damask by Oath Playing Cards.  Two-foil backs and five-foil faces.  I can't wait to get my hands on a blue edition.

Good luck - he only made 120 of them!  What few he brought to the convention this year sold out very quickly.

He has assured us that those who pre-ordered the deck sight unseen would have an opportunity to buy the blue deck.  Whew!

It's a shame you missed the convention.  He gave a great presentation on his creative process.
