I love the accent - it honestly makes watching magic more enjoyable for me.
Now, here is what you need to work on: Smoothness. Your moves are very easy to spot for a beginner magician even, and a layman can see them if he or she tries hard enough.
Now what a magician can and cannot observe is insignificant in magic (some people will tell you otherwise but they're clueless). Your goal is to fool the layman COMPLETELY.
That's done by doing your moves very smoothly and efficiently at a constant speed that doesn't stagger or change.
Do a trick a hundred thousand times, out loud, in front of a mirror and you will master the moves required for it.
Your voice and attitude is definitely good for performance, so good job in that department.
