I've got mix feelings on this. I love the JAQK Cellars deck, but I sort of wish their big Black Friday new deck was something totally completely new. I know it's not confirmed yet though the blur images does very much look like the JAQK Cellar tuck box.

Theory11 mentioned in their weekly Expose today something along the line that the "sums of the part" for the numbers on the teaser image. All the teaser image have their 5 sets of number add up to 21. I'm not sure what that does. Is this the 21st Theory11 designed/produced deck?

If it is a Black JAQK deck, I'm curious to see what they'd do for the inks as the deck heavily features metallic inks. Maybe they'll do something with the black ink similar to the Silver Split Spades with gold over the black.

I did not see this weeks exposé. If you had not mentioned it, I would not have put the "SUM" clue together. Another clever teaser by theory11.

I normally don't like recolors, and tend to ignore them. But the Jaqk deck is one of favorites, and it'll be interesting to see what they do with it. So much of their design relied on the metallic inks and the black-blue/red contrast. The box'll be interesting.

I'm sure it will be a popular deck for them.  I don't have any interest, though - I make it a point to not purchase decks that promote tobacco, alcohol or illegal drug use.

Black JAQK - it was pretty clever, and encourages people who don't already to watch "Expose".  Now this is the type of "hype" advertising I can get behind - it makes you think.

I have to agree with MrMollusk, the JAQK's are one of my favorites and the tuck box is just fantastic, if it indeed is a JAQK deck I can't wait to see how this Black/Dark version plays out, especially if they stay with the same type of foil work that was used on the earlier decks. Should be interesting

I believe that Theory11 has a few releases on Black Friday that covers at least one new deck, magic and not sure what else. Their weekly Saturday night contest list the prize for this week as "ALL of our new releases on Black Friday" so I'm guessing there's at least two releases on that day, but I'm figuring more. The Oreo should be related to a magic effect and not the mysterious deck of cards.

The red would be the 3rd version. 
1st was a blue 1-way with no cello and custom red & gold seals.
2nd was the blue 2-way we know and love, with cello and no seal.

So this is now the 4th incarnation of an excellent design. One of the few that I don't ever mind a re-color/re-release.

For some reason I felt better about buying a brick of Brown Rounders to get a Blue. Maybe that's because I wanted Brown Rounders. I don't want to buy $50-$100 of magic product. I don't want to buy $50-$100 of decks I already have or don't want. I don't think the other 3 products are decks of playing cards. What to do, what to do?

Well, that's if you count the winery versions.  I think they actually have the same deck now (version 1) in two different colors, whereas before it was the same deck with two different-colored deck seals.  Could THAT be version four?    Then this would be version FIVE!

Kidding aside, if you base it strictly on T11 releases, the forthcoming black is version three - or simply the third color.  I'm not even sure if T11 had a hand in the original design, or if they simply tweaked the deck the winery was already selling.  They have images of the original winery edition on the USPC web pages for ordering custom decks - I remember seeing them there first before seeing them anywhere else, and it was certainly before the T11 release by some months.

Theory11 released another teaser today for another effect.
That's then pretty much the four Black Friday products.
We get 2 effects and 2 decks; unknown unlimited and BlackJaqk.

If the second deck is something I want,  I would have no problem buying a brick, spending $50 to get one or spending $100 to get two. At this point I have a feeling theory11 (T11) is saving the second deck teaser for a reason. The second deck could be a bigger surprise then the BLACKJAQK.

During the year I've had brief email discussions with T11 support regarding particular decks they produce. As Don Boyer always tells me, why am I writing it on the forum and email the company. I let T11 know about a few things I would like to see. They responded... From what they wrote, I got the feeling they were already working on something with regard to particular deck(s) I mentioned to them. Maybe the second deck is what they were already working on?

Strange they have not teased the "second deck" yet and that's probably because we are very familiar with it already.

Now I remember an exposé, God must be getting on a year ago now, released just after the Rebels. Andrei said that Rebels might be getting a splash of colour (particularly red). Now the Rebel deck is out of stock on T11 so could they make a comeback in red and black? Also theory11 was saying that they were working on a deck that would be different to anything they ever made. Who knows but I'm betting on those two.

They're doing it to stoke interest - especially since competition for holiday shoppers as a whole looks like it will be pretty intense this year.  I've never seen shops gear up so early, and not just playing card shops.

Perhaps we should just get it over with, name Halloween "pre-Christmas" and call Thankgiving "Black Friday Eve"...  They could begin the sales when fall begins at the autumnal equinox!  Christmas is always a few days after winter solstice, so that gives retailers and entire SEASON to part us from our money!

Meanwhile, I'm taking as Zen an attitude as I possibly can.  These things aren't on sale yet, and all of the fretting in the world won't make them come on sale any sooner, so why fret at all?  Accept this and live in the present moment rather than worry about some future event you can't influence until it occurs.

Not quite yet, but you guys over here are good to me so I'll tip you off to a little secret that nobody else knows yet. This is something I hear people ask ALL THE TIME for us to do with our cards. We don't do it terribly often, but we do try to create decks that appeal to several different crowds.

it seems like T11's seals just keep getting better and better. One of the best things about them is that you can peel them off without leaving a huge sticky spot. Makes them easier to just peel off the front and stick it to the tuck flap, keeping it intact.

It's not up yet, but at least you don't have to worry about it selling out or the server crash as people mad rush for things at 11 EST. I wonder if it's possible to ask for that little bit back later on...

My account invoice says I paid full 6.95 per deck. I did check JAQK's page again about 10:50sh EST and the discount was working. It might be an isolated insolent. Maybe they published before they were ready and I jumped the gun before they could take them off. Or maybe they did not want the site to crash and diluted the traffic by publishing early . Who knows? Its all good.

It's only 10% for 6 decks. Yes, I think they will do the right and fair thing. I have no reason to believe they wont.

The counter says you get the deck discount but at checkout it still says 6.95. So, it's not just me. I'm sure they know already. Technically , because I never used the code, I don't get 15% off in addition. If theory11 hooked me up that would be great. I'm just going to CHILL. I'm sure they have their hands full right now.

I'd lose money on the conversion for the refund; I'd get the money back in USD and then it'd be used to buy back Canadian dollars and losing out on the service fee and then I'd have to go through another conversion to re-order. Also, I have 2000+ elite points. I am so sad that I can't order Rebels tshirt, only XL size I wrote for a M size, hope for the best, cross fingers.

That's true, but I was talking about taxes for the products that we buy from countries that are not in EU (European Union).

We are taxed for product and for shipping too, which is stupid. If I order something, let's say 100$, shipping included and the product was 30$ and shipping 70$, I will pay tax for 100$, which is 29%, total 129$.

See iparcel from E. I have paid for Mechanic 110$, shipping included to Europe, Romania, taxes also included with iparcel E solution and the 2nd one, send to NY, 48$, shipping included. Same product, paid double. Shipping to Europe, Romania from NY, as a gift, it's close to 15$.

Anyway, I was fooled by a friend that will buy Mechanic and I ordered directly to Romania. When the Mechanic was arrived, he disappeared and he didn't give me my money back. I am not so crazy to order a 110$ product, but with this problem with this guy, now I have two Mechanics at home. I ordered for him two bricks of Dealers also, with another shipping. No money. Lesson learned.

If they sell out in a few days and they are never going to be printed again, that's limited to me. Supply and demand. How many customers does theory11 have? How many of those customers only bought 2, maybe 4 decks? There's no incentive to buy bricks. Limited by theory11 standards sounds about right. It could be about a 5,000 to 7,000 deck print run.

It would be silly to do a 2,500 run and sell out within 2hours when you as a company almost know for a fact that a 10,000 run will sell out in 72hours. Bottlenecking huge demand is almost never beneficial.

JAQK's site has the Blue JAQK. I haven't ordered from them 'cause international shipping is awful from them (30$ for 2 decks). They show the older one way back design, but I've heard that they do have the Theory11 version. You could try asking them to find out. Their 9$/deck is probably the cheapest you can find them at.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post this in but I just opened a Black JAQK and was blown away by them.
Everything from the tuck to the embossing to the cards and the way they handle was so impressive. Might be my new favourite deck (at the moment its between these and the monarchs for me).
