There's a few sites that sell them, most notably is Penguin Magic (as per magicorthodoxy). The bottom of the deck looks standard. No producer name taking credit on the tuck box.

I poked around a little.  Murphy's Magic Supplies, a major online magic/cards wholesaler (no sales to the general public, you have to be a licensed retailer) has pretty much the exact same copy, word for word.  This could be another case like what happened with the black Tally Ho decks - some mystery person ordered them, suddenly they're in magic/card shops all over the place and no one knows who had them made except USPC, who aren't in a talkative mood about their contracts...  Imagine that...

A friend of mine gave me this deck nearly a month ago, it's all silver pips, so very difficult o distinguish the suits.
Quality is great, but no use to me, so I gave it away after two shuffles.

Yes your right. Murphy's Magic has a 360 video of it. That's disappointing.
