I went to jimy johns today for lunch, because it is amazing, and decided to ask what everyone elses favorite sub joint is?

There's a place called 7ate9 in Bangor that's awesome.  We don't have too many franchise places here, just Subway and Quiznos and I've never been to Quiznos.

quiznos is pretty good, but WAY overpriced here in the states.

If you're talking basic deli sub and not some fancified grilled/melted/fru-fru bread mess, then most of the local delis in my old neighborhood deliver - piled high on good, fresh-baked bread.  Haven't checked out the new neighborhood yet to know what's here.  I'm not big on the chain delis, though I've heard that Miami Subs is supposed to be really good (I used to live near Fort Lauderdale).
