One looks like it belongs in the Sahara, one looks like it belongs in the Mojave, both look dusty and stained.  What's your preference?  Classic USPC-standard courts with uniquely-styled pips and Ellusionist's favorite indices, or a whole "Wild West" take on the design, complete with bandit Jacks, sheriff Kings, three barmaid Queens and a nun?

For me there is no doubt: Sultan's Treasury edition. Americana is nice looking but Sultan's it's more appealing to the eyes and has more great details.
I'm interested to see the results for this voting.

I'll go with Sultans, mainly because of the design. I think that they wouldn't be very practical but I like the design more overall. It's going to be close, I suspect.

Sultan treasury FTW .. Don't get me wrong, the western theme on th Americana is niiiice, but the treasury has a map hidden in the tuck box - that's bad ass .. N I love the indices n th artifice inspired AoS :)

Wait - "more great details"?  Like what?  They're USPC-standard faces with a slightly-altered pip design!  So if I made a deck of USPC faces and drew pencil moustaches on the queens and gave the jacks and kings pirate earrings but left everything else 100% the same, would that also be "more appealing to the eyes and has more great details"?

While I'm not completely keen on the typeface used for the indices (I've actually confused 6s, 9s, and 8s for each other because of their similarity), I find the overall design far more original and appealing.  Russell's gaff cards trump E's ad cards every time, even though I didn't vote for the bloody spot card - I really like the bullet-hole Ace and one of the others as well.

Apparently not a popular choice, but I love the Americana. To me it is just a great playable deck.
It is great at cookouts and Bar B Ques. Nothing is more American than those and this deck fits right in.

If we were voting straight on the box I would have to go with the Sultan. The treasure map interior is definitely cool (I am a sucker for decks that do a color change or what not on the inside of the box, it makes them pop)
But I was so meh about the Sultan Republic that it's color change rarer version did not dazzle me.

Oh yeah I remembered to vote this time

I really like the look of the Sultan Republic Treasury because of the look and motif.

Now this one's a good fight.

After some ponderation, I decided to vote for Americana.

For fanning purposes it is my #1 deck of choice (ornates are a close #2). Nice approach on the theme, thoughtful gaff cards, very thin borders and lovely courts.

I also find the Sultan Treasury very enticing - gorgeous tuck box. Definitely one of E's coolest decks and way way better than the original Sultan. Still, I think the Americana deck's got a larger number of positive attributes.

It's a close one, but it appears the Bicycle Americanas nudged out the Sultan Republic Treasuries by a single vote!
