If Alex were to do this people would be posting silly things just to get more posts to make a smiley. It wouldn't make for good conversations within the forum. I'm sure there is another way your idea could work, but some people already simply post to up their post count and this would only increase that. The Discourse is the bets playing card forum out there and we wouldn't want that to change.

Thanks to Sinsandman's suggestion, a smiley inspired by the winner of a random FOTW will be made for the forums.
