are you uploading it directly? or are you having it linked from a 3rd party site? I don't know if there is a file size limit if you are uploading, that could be the issue. Looks like it automatically resizes images so that shouldn't be the issue.

was trying to do it from a third party site but if I can't do that might decide to get pictures on my smartphone and paste it from there http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_uri=%2F&gl=US#/watch?v=qrxVnaA8uWw

When you are adding one from a 3rd party site you need to have the exact url to the image alone.

e.g http:// www .3rdpartysite.com/images/yourpic.jpg

or something like that in general ( without the spaces, I just did that do it would not link. )
