I like both decks but I'm picking the Streamlines.  Erlanger-made Streamlines are of surprisingly good quality and have a more attractive, less generic back than the Aviators.  The Arrco faces are a nice change of pace, as well - reminds me of the old Studs.

BTW: in addition to being inexpensive USPC-made decks, they're also the only commonly-available USPC deck brands made with a smooth finish as standard.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Aviators.  When I was a kid I remember my grandparents always had them on hand for all the card games they played after Sunday dinners.  For this reason Aviators were also the first Tax Stamped decks I bought.  I agree with Don that the Streamlines do have a nicer back but again Aviators have a special draw for me.
