Hello, I am trying to file a claim with UPS, because the tube in which I received my products in from Jason Brubalow was ripped oped on both sides, and although nothing fell out, they jammed the caps in sideways (only God know why), which destroyed two of the uncut box proofs (which sucks because they are one of a kind), and damaged the one sided Gold Arcane uncut.

I contacted Jason, knowing it wasn't his cult, nd he said they were covered for $100.

I'm trying to file my claim now, and I have no idea what this question means:

"Can the package be sealed and transported safely?"

May someone who has done this before please help me out? Thanks!

P.S. Does anyone know if I will har to give them my items, or if I will get to keep them.?

Thanks!

As far as surrendering items for the claim, all I can say is maybe.

As far as their question, they're simply asking if this delivery can be shipped back to them, ideally by placing it in something larger.  I don't think they'd charge you for that shipping, but it would mean getting a BIG box.

Have you tried getting help at a UPS Store?
