Uusi doing a borderless deck? With more amazingly beautiful court cards?

Do you ever stop being good?

As a side note, as much as I love the current back, I think an alpine style back might suit the cards better. then again, I haven't seen the rest of the cards!

Also, LOVE that red on the hearts! You rarely see shades of red that beautiful. The difference of the black pips is fantastic too!

Absolutely amazing job, guys!

These look beautiful. Love the back design and the tuck box. I'm waiting to see all of the court cards and ace's before I decide if I'm going to back it though.

With Royal Optik I knew as soon as I saw it, I wanted them. Despite knowing, Royal Optik court cards were more predictable and its pictures were time released throughout the Kickstarter campaign. This Pagan deck is a bit more mysterious in terms of what to expect from the court designs. I might suggest letting us see all the "court cards" from the get go of the Kickstarter campaign. We can quickly make an informed decision, rather then miss out on exclusive rewards waiting to decide.

I was fortunate enough to get a peek at some of the other courts.  Trust me, you won't be disappointed.  The style is the same and the theme is consistent throughout.  In plainer terms, they're really nice!

Don, is there anyway you can answer (if you know) if the two decks are going to be sold match-set like Paul's Decos or is one unlimited and one limited?

The tuck is gorgeous. I hope they're able to replicate that look and feel.

They haven't made any mention to me regarding a limited color and an unlimited color.  I'm inclined to say no.

The only time they made a color limited was for Bohemia.  They promised at the start to make a run of only 2,500 decks but started running out only halfway through the project, so I suggested the idea of the second, unlimited color.  Since then, they haven't promised any restrictions on a particular color.  They're really only limited in the sense that they won't be printing these cards like Ellusionist prints Bicycle Masters or most of their other decks - E keeps printing more when the stock runs out and have probably gone through two or three large print runs so far.

Hey Don - Actually The black deck for Royal Optik was limited (to 5000). Starting with Bohemia, all of our deck designs have had one version limited and one unlimited ( of each respective design). The one exception being Blueblood and Blueblood Redux, which were both limited. So with Pagan, the dark back design run is going to be limited to 5000 and the light back will be unlimited. We will be offering both decks at the same price (only during the Kickstarter project).

Guys, this deck goes live later today.  I've seen more artwork.  You will NOT be disappointed.  The court cards, the jokers, the diptych - they're jaw-droppingly gorgeous...  Linnea did an incredible job steering around that paintbrush!

Keep your eyes peeled for the early birds!  Pricing is comparable to their previous projects - they managed to keep the cost from skyrocketing like I've seen on other projects.

I just can't wait for you people to see this deck!

Told you, didn't I?  :))

Already at $21.8K - must've hit goal before lunchtime!  I'm seeing comments that they hit goal in about 90 minutes...  Limited edition dark deck early birds are all gone, only some of the not-so-early birds left on the light deck.

PS: handmade wood box with a brick of decks - GONE.

Don -  Did you suggest to them to bleed out the back for a more vintage theme?  Tell them to make the KoH the last card to reveal.  It will make everyone go crazy with anticipation.  The murdered oh sorry suicide king is the most popular card.

I've pledged for everyone of Uusi's decks since Bohemia (was kinda late to KS and missed out on BB :( ) and I'm very happy with everything thus far. It seems like they are trying to outdo each deck everytime ;)
