I'm still working on scanning all my decks to make one giant deck stitch...
Here's 300 of my Bicycle decks in a stitch.. all different

I still have to scan the rest of them.  It's a long process.

You can see a MUCH larger version of that pic here:
http://www.closr.it/show/KMJR5sXcn0l

Then you need to go full screen, let it load, and then you can zoom in

What do you guys think?

Assuming you're talking about the originals, the price you paid isn't outrageous for buying them in Europe.  It's actually not too far off what you'd pay here.  But if they're the ones with the deck seals - the reprints from Smoke & Mirrors v7 - you definitely overpaid.

I think he means the V3 Mirror reprints, just from looking at the picture. That shiny ink and matte box is a dead giveaway.
He overpaid.

In the lower left of the picture, at the front of the drawer, there's five decks of what appears to be S&M v5.  He has other S&M decks there, but none in the same quantity.

Ooooooh. You're right. They definitely looked like the Mirrors. I forgot they didn't have any blue/grey on the side.
They look more grey.

Those blue decks are indeed the real smoke and mirrors v5s, not the reprints. If only I could buy some v6s, because the color blue itself is becoming boring, because I can't switch colors like my other tally hos and bikes. The decks I also really want are the fontaine deck and the virts deck, those look really cool!

Is this allowed?

So it's not quite my full collection but rather than lining up all my duplicates on the floor I thought it would be better to show you how I keep my cards- part formal display and part lived-in mess:

Don't see why this isn't allowed! I love how it's almost fully integrated into your study. I never have the time or motivation to do so but I like the idea that it's not separate from everything in a display case or packed in boxes in a closet. Very nice! The place where you have your NOCs is just brilliant! :))

Thanks!

I love being surrounded by cards but it's really not the best way to keep them. I've lost a few collectables to spilt drinks and it leaves little room for anything else!

Here's a few Decks that's probably not thought of much by the diehard collectors, but I like each for there own reasons. The Russian Czars Deck is a bridge-sized Deck I found on eBay. The courts are Czars from Imperial Russia. It was a cool one to get as I was working on my Imperial Deck.

The WWII Posters Deck is something I picked up at the gift shop when my 3 year old son and I went up to the top of the Soldiers & Sailors Monument in Indianapolis. Anytime we go downtown he talks about going up in the "spikey building" with daddy!

The Sons of Anarchy Deck is just because I'm a big fan of the show. I saw it when we were at the mall one day and picked it up.

Thanks, Randy

I was looking at those cards. What do you think of them. I was a little worried that they would be cheap and nasty crap, partially because the pictures were quite bad.
