Not to mention that the Empire deck was a full custom deck, if memory serves correctly.

I do not believe this project is a full custom deck.

Just agreeing with Don that you can't really compare the two.

In case any one missed it, the remainder of Zenith will be in the store in about 20 min.

The remainder? As in what's left of the 1000 print run? Wow! Congrats again! These look great.

They do look great! Still waiting here in PA.

These are looking great! They will be a nice addition into the rotation for my poker nights (as rare as they are these days!)

Oh, these are the creators of the Ho Chi Minh deck - that explains a lot...  It doesn't excuse it, but it does explain it.

I thought they looked familiar. This new project is under a different company/project owner name.

That seems to be a trend lately. If you fail, come back under a different name to try and erase your history.

Sorry for the off topic rant!

Thanks for the contest Rob, and for the add Jackson.

Suggestion... take Randy's version and run with it. The nicest so far, and a great fit.

My recent haul. On the left are two 6-deck lucite display cases from Jackson. Can't wait to put them together.
Nice! Got your Crayola deck!

Here's what my 500+ deck collection looks like in its current storage boxes. The top shelf are decks I haven't processed just yet. I really want to find some way to show off some of the cooler decks. All good things come in time...

See, now, that statement right there - that his company has an "alias" - don't you see that as a little troubling?  In THIS alias, the project failed.

I do see that as a little troubling. I'm in total agreement. I was only explaining how the Wine deck was funded :)

He also says he's delivering on the Wine Deck to his backers - but the project was canceled!

He redid the Wine Project, non-Bicycle (he used Pr1me), for a short period that did fund. Under his other alias, Alien Slink:

This is an interesting discussion. I am not a lawyer, and wish a copyright lawyer would weigh in here. I found this on Wikipedia:

Copyright law recognizes the right of an author based on whether the work actually is an original creation, rather than based on whether it is unique; two authors may own copyright on two substantially identical works, if it is determined that the duplication was coincidental, and neither was copied from the other.

In all countries where the Berne Convention standards apply, copyright is automatic, and need not be obtained through official registration with any government office. Once an idea has been reduced to tangible form, for example by securing it in a fixed medium (such as a drawing, sheet music, photograph, a videotape, or a computer file), the copyright holder is entitled to enforce his or her exclusive rights.[10] However, while registration isn't needed to exercise copyright, in jurisdictions where the laws provide for registration, it serves as prima facie evidence of a valid copyright and enables the copyright holder to seek statutory damages and attorney's fees. (In the USA, registering after an infringement only enables one to receive actual damages and lost profits.)

Here's a couple of pics I took tonight of my 6 month old son, Connor. His onesie has a bowtie on it and thought it'd be fun to see him "perform"....

In the blurry one, he almost got them into his mouth! LOL

I picked up a couple, look pretty sweet.

The same quality you'd expect from their print shop in Taipei.

So this is closer to Global Titans vs Exquisite?
