Not had any update on my order. No tracking number. Nothing.
I never found Blaines own shipping problematic. I can understand them wanting to farm it out to another company though. Problem is who do you contact to raise your concern. You contact Blaine, who has to contact GW, blaine then gets back to you with the update. Maybe it would be easier if they just handled it all themselves.
Plus I never had any customs charges when Blaine shipped out precious decks. The last decks I had (black lions) shipped by GW got caught for a charge!

@fenderdemon, just out of interest, what qualifies you to receive a care package from David Blaine? I'm just curious as there seems to be a lot of people receive these from lots of different playing card people. To an extent I can understand David Blaine sending say Daniel Madison a few decks but these seem to be getting sent out to whoever. Don't get me wrong, I'm not attacking it. I think it's great for these people but just wonders what qualifies someone for it. For all I know fenderdemon may be personal friends of David Blaine, in which case i'd totally understand. Or is it something more trivial like they get sent out to people who happen to spend a lot of money in the store.

Fair enough. I'd like to nominate the gatorbacks regardless of them being black or green. I do however think that it makes a difference. The tuck boxes are different, all be it just the colour of the gator. I preferred the green gatorbacks tuck compared to the black gatorback tuck.
I just really liked the green colour of the gator and thought it added an extra pop to the deck.
Having said that, I think that either are worthy of an entrance to the best tuck case of 2014.
Hopefully someone will second my nomination.

Hi,
I think you are right in your thinking. When they moved to the new plant they changed all the deck seals to black.
There were still a load of Cincinnati tuck boxed left so they used them up.
A black seal on a Ohio box means Erlanger made cards.
Don't quote me on it & I'm sure someone will jump in to give you the full, proper answer. It this is what I have been led to believe.
The only way to guarantee an Ohio made deck is for it to have a blue seal. Not a black.

Not 100% sure exactly when these are being released
I've been playing with mine for a couple of weeks now and they handle really nice. Nice clean edges. Faro both ways after a tiny bit of breaking in.
The tuck is really thick & strong. Bits of the tuck really pop because of the foil etc.
here are some pics I took. There not the best so apologies in advance!!
I'm sure you will like the decks when they are finally released.

I missed out. I know its my own fault for not backing the KS campaign.
I also didn't manage to get the decks on the release on Saturday.
I'm just after 1 complete set.

As the title says really. I'm after 1 or maybe 2 decks of jackson robinsons v1 moriarty deck.
I've backed the v2 and would like the v1 to complete the set.
Please can someone help me out. I'm in the uk so will be shipping trades from there.

I guess it depends where your buying this deck from. For me this is good value. I actually think he's offering them at a good price. £27 for 6 decks is cheap considering what European collectors normally have to pay. Granted they're a very std deck with no frills but it still seem a good price for me.
It's the old debate. Decks designed/marketed in the US are always expensive for European buyers because of shipping costs.
I guess this has been reversed for this release as it's a UK led project.
