Ok, this is got to be a joke. Alex- is this yours?

$15,000 goal, 1 deck for $11, 2 decks for $20

"Your favorite MEMEs are finally a deck of cards!

Seriously."

"We will be printing using the standard 'Rider Back' of a standard BICYCLE deck. We would like to keep the cards as close to the source material as possible. It's funnier that way."

Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

  • I like birds.

  • Kickstarter:
Never in my life.

NEVER before.

Has a deck left me utterly speechless.

I can't... I don't...

Dear lord, this may either be the best thing ever or one of the worst things to ever crawl out of Photoshop.

This deck designer's got one serious case of derpees...

This is the kind of deck you buy for someone else as a stocking stuffer, which they promptly re-gift to someone else (or back to you), spreading the derpees everywhere it goes...

  • Ugh, I wish I had money for THAT deck!
This deck made me chuckle and in my book, it deserves a shot. I don't really like it very much but these memes just always get me.

Meme-based decks have had a terrible track record so far on KS.  I can't recall one that succeeded.  They're just too topical - the kind of thing that's a little funny now but just looks stupid after a while.

I will agree that I think they'll look stupid after using them more than twice. I guess the amount of funding will tell if people like it or not.
