These are the Bicycle decks being sold at Target as a two-deck set.  Most US Target shops carry them, they're pretty cheap.  They're garden-variety Bikes on the inside; only the box is different.  Someone posted about these cards in another topic a few months back.

Wow, an 896 UPC!  Crazy.  They certainly don't have these at my local Target.  Nice find, and nicer still to offer them here!

Whoops, you're right - it's not Target, it's Wal-Mart...  They're pretty close together in one of the towns where I shop, I sometimes get them confused.
