  • Pick a card, any card...no, not THAT card!

Hello, Blindeyemagi, and welcome to the forum.

I've moved your topic from the Playing Card Plethora board to the Conversation Parlor.  While it's an interesting deck of cards, we reserve the PCP solely for playing card decks and designs that conform to the International Standard, at least to some degree - four suits of thirteen ranks each, plus a joker or two; the kind of cards you'd likely find at a poker table or a kitchen table on game night.  Your deck is not even remotely International Standard, or even playable as anything other than a Presidential trivia game.

That doesn't even touch on the fact that it's largely made up of prior art, most if not all of which is in the public domain.  Collectors tend to go to something with a little more effort put into it - original artwork throughout, unique design, pleasing aesthetic overall, high-quality manufacturing, stuff like that.  Something like this would be of more interest to a Washington, DC tourist seeking souvenirs.  That's not a knock - I'm sure there's far more tourists in the District of Columbia on any given day than people who collect playing cards; you're just more likely to find the latter here in this forum than the former!

Good luck on your project.  With such a low goal, you still stand an excellent chance of success.
