Ok guys, I've decided to change this a bit as some people simple won't like the origional format. So here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to do a 10 clip pre release sell. You can choose between the natural clip or the Lacquer finish. Each one will have Eco Prototype laser cut into the front and will be numbered. As said before I need to raise money for the prototypes so now we can benefit together. Good luck & remember only 10 are available.

Looks like it's been updated. I suggest you guys grab the clips at this price ASAP - I want to see this Kickstarter get going. I'd get some myself, but, I am actually contributing in a different way.

Suffice to say, if you guys want to see a sweet, Vortex clip, help Rob get the prototypes in.

@MagicAddictz: From my experience, whoever buys it first has theirs shipped out first. It makes sense that these will be shipped out first, followed probably by the Kickstarter clips, and then any other sales.

By collection do you mean multiple different clips?

If so, I'm in!

If you do release multiple clips you should release them in a set!

Lastly, will the price be the same as pre-release, or more expensive?

Moon.exe you should check back for sure. And yes a collection is in order but some of these like the Prototypes are going to be hard to come by so just be ready.

I actually requested that picture to create some promotional artwork and requested for there to be no lighting. If you look closely enough, you'll actually see that it's not just a flat surface inside, but since I'm not actually developing the project I don't know if that's intentional or not.

I can relate to the buying fatigue. I've been snapping up too many decks in the past month, and I have to slow it down. Told my girlfriend that I was giving up on buying older decks, just getting the current stuff. And only two packs of each at that. I'm at the point now where my hobby is taking over, and I'm the one who's supposed to be driving this thing, not the other way around!

I have so many decks now, I could use one ungimmicked deck a day and not go through the open decks for several months. If you count the sealed decks, I could go a couple of years.

The same goes for magic - I have enough books, DVDs, special cards/decks, etc. to last me nearly a career. I'll be selling some of it soon.

But back to the topic - those clips really look great, and a good deck clip at such a cheap price; it's a steal.

She is, thanks! My collection... I estimate there's around 800+ decks, sealed and unsealed. Been giving away some, but also been buying quite a bit more. I should take an inventory at some point for insurance purposes - but then that would mean I'd need to have renter's insurance!

Well this is a special batch as it is a batch of prototypes. But right now it stands at 20, but we will gear up for the first official sale by the end of January. I wont say more than that as it will spoil the surprise for the prototype members.

Its made of bamboo.

Heres what Robert (the creator) says: "ECO Card Clip is made from Bamboo and is roughly 1/10 of an inch think to provide the durability needed to protect your deck without feeling bulky. No I think we should be getting an update in the next week or so. I know that they were making some progress and that they were getting close to shipping out prototypes. We'll have to wait on an official update from the guys though

Yeah communication has been a little lacking but they have been pretty busy with all the business stuff! It's been an awesome start for the company and I'm excited for them. I'm sure they'll pop in soon and give us an update
