I have the master deck by Oberon but I lost the instructions, anyone can please help me?

First of all, allow me to welcome you to the forum.  As the new person, there's a few things you probably weren't aware of - and it's fine, no one's mad at you or anything like that!  We were all new once and people make mistakes, so no worries, OK?

Please note that I moved your post into its own topic in the Magical Cardistry Bonanza.  The Introduce Yourself board, especially someone else's topic in the Introduce Yourself board, is probably the last place you should post questions about something regarding magic!  This topic is THE place to take such questions.

Now, about your question...  Did you try a quick Google search?  I found this pretty easily.

Yes, it's the whole thing, the DVD, the book, etc. and you'd have to buy it.  But note that the site is Marc Oberon's own site.  If anyone's going to be willing to replace a lost set of instructions, he's probably that guy.  He might be willing to just send you the instructions, or if not that, perhaps he'll cut you a break for just the book or the disk.
