Hmm i personally do not have either of those DVDs. I started with learning from youtube, probably not the best place to start, and then i bought genesis 1. this is a pretty good DVD for people just starting out. it goes over some of the basic one handed cuts and a lot of fanning techniques. Then i bought the trilogy and i am having more fun learning that stuff because i am not very good at fanning at all for some reason, and i enjoy the sybil/packet cut style of cardistry.

Xtreme- beginner is best for beginner.
But if you are not beginner that would be a lot boring.
I don't know about the other one.
