Hey,
The HOPC silver deck is not the black bordered one. It is a white bordered silver rider back. I have one and will be up for selling it to you. After looking on ebay, the cheapest that I could find that individual deck to be was $8.17 + shipping. I am up for selling mine for $7 plus shipping if you are interested.
