Title: DeckStarter?

Hello everyone,

Not sure where this ought to go, so I'll play it safe. :D

I'm pretty new to this playing card crowdfunding scene, and I recently came across this DeckStarter website.  It appears to be similar, or a precursor to CardLauncher in that it gives artists a break with the distribution...

Might someone clear up exactly what this website is (I know the Buck Brothers are involved), and perhaps explain it a little more thoroughly?
