I was worried about this too, but thers a button that says "make paid" and it opens a window for you to populate with the paypal invoice number, etc... then the account shows as paid.

Just some updates:

I have received the DB White Lion Black Label replacement deck, 2 Seasons PLATINUM replacement sets and the 2 Gold Crown replacement decks in late Nov and early Dec!

I have sent emails to E and post on their FB after Cyber Monday sale regarding this code which I found inside the Shadow Master Decks which I bought recently (OCT, NOV and DEC). They said this code was discontinued few months ago and ask when did I purchased the decks and who did I purchased from!
I think they must bought this back because the Shadow Master decks they are currently selling still have this discount code included inside the deck.

Could anyone kindly confirm if he/she can use any discount code such as "cardcactus", "snapcards" and "DECKPROMO" under the Black Club Member account please? I tried all these 3 codes under the Black Club Member account and all were "INVALID". But when I login a non member account, all 3 codes were "applied". I have sent many support tickets to E and left messages on their FB, at first they said the codes should were TURNED OFF during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale and ask me to try again after they reset them. But after kept trying without success, I seek help from them with screen dumps from both member and non member accounts on 06DEC2012 and the following was the last reply from their webmaster:

"during the time which your order was placed, all other affiliate promotions which offered additional discounts were turned off, which we are allowed to do at our prerogative.

Your black club discount would have entitled you to 5% off of all your purchases (for a year).

The cardcatcus coupon would have been one that was turned off during our storewide discount.

If there are more issues that you've experienced that I've not addressed here please let me know and I'll do my best to alleviate them for you.

Could someone help me to interpret this please? Is he saying because my Black Club Membership was purchased during the Cyber Monday sale when all discount codes were turned off, my Black Club Member account CANNOT use any of the existing discount codes for the next 12 months?

Oh, for the codes "decks9", "5percentoff" and "cards9", I have also encountered the same problem as KPop. I have never applied any codes excepted "magic10" to any of my orders. I have TESTED the codes, but not applied them to checkout.
