Please welcome to the board our newest Discourse Agent, Kings & Crooks! Lee McKenzie, as most of you will know, was a designer with Ellusionist for a while before jumping ship and going independent, producing the well-received Empire deck through Kickstarter. You can look forward to many great things from his company, Kings & Crooks!

Thanks a lot for the introduction Don!
As the lowdown to all things playing cards and Kings & Crooks, I wanted to let you guys know the big news.
Some of you may already know, but I've been working on the latest deck over the last year, since Empire was released on Kickstarter and it's finally ready to go.
Empire 'Bloodlines' are the latest deck in the epic, Empire series and will be live on Kickstarter on Tuesday July 15th, 3pm PDT. For those of you already signed up at KingsandCrooks.com, you'll get the official email when it's go-time.
I'm personally so pleased with how it looks and I'd love to get your feedback come launch day. If you like it and want to become a backer I would be absolutely honoured!
As you all know by now, it simply can't happen without you. There's also a couple of other big surprises on this Kickstarter too I think you may like. So exciting.
I'll be on here whenever I can and when I have anything worthy to share with you all. It'd be great to hear from you so please feel free to drop by and share join the conversation.
Onwards and upwards
Lee

Welcome Lee and great work on your amazing deck!

Another amazing deck! I've pledged the most I've ever pledged on a playing card project, and I'm even considering bumping my pledge up further!
Great job so far Lee! Can't wait to see what else you have in store for us!!

What a rush the Empire Bloodlines Kickstarter has been. In the next few hours we're about to find out the final funding numbers, which mark the beginning of getting these babies into everyones's hands!

Gratz on another great campaign and beatiful deck Lee....and now the hard part, waiting, lol
-
Thanks a lot Anthony! and for the Interview on Kardify too, very much appreciated.
Yep, haha, I guess waiting could be seen as the hard part ;)

Finally collect all 4 empire deck (v1 and three bloodlines), love this set so much!

I've been super impressed with the Empire deck and the follow-up Empire Bloodlines decks. I think that Lee McKenzie deserves much more credit than he usually gets, because he's the sole designer of some big sellers for Ellusionist, including Arcane, Artifice, Infinity, and Fathom. He's got a lot of passion, and I'm glad to see that he's stepped out as an independent designer with his lifestyle brand Kings & Crooks (http://www.kingsandcrooks.com).
Since this is an official topic thread for Kings & Crooks, I figured it would be appropriate to post links to my reviews of the Empire deck and the Empire Bloodlines decks, since these include complete coverage of these terrific and epic decks from Lee.
